Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their style preferences and needs
• Assist clients in selecting fashionable ladies' apparel, accessories, and footwear that suit their individual tastes
• Provide detailed product information, including fabric details, sizing, and styling tips to enhance customer experience
• Upsell complementary items and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain attractive visual displays through effective merchandising techniques to highlight new arrivals and seasonal collections
• Manage stock levels on the sales floor, restock items as needed, and ensure the store remains organised and inviting
• Cashing up at the end of day.
• Helping in other departments when needed.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales and an interest in fashion.
• Good communication skills with the ability to connect with our customers and understand their needs
